Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this research is to discern the total trend of modern and present philosophy by comparing Kant's transcendental philosophy with Merleau-Ponty's phenomenology. Furthermore, this is also to compare Kant's foundationalism with Merleau-Ponty's relativistical and historical philosophy. The final purpose of this research is to dissolve the confrontation between these opposite philosophy.This research carries out this subject not only from a theoretical but also a practical and aesthetic viewpoint.
