| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Hanshu Yiwen-zhi is well known as Chinese oldest library catalogue in existance. It is highly rated for its systematisity in classification. This study instead forcusses on some anomalies in it, treats them as responses to some academic problems in the last years of Early Han, and elucidates the process of forming the academic classification and the standard to categorize each book.

本研究は、これまで主としてその体系性が注目されてきた『漢書』芸文志について、あえて体系性の綻びともいうべき点に目を向け、その分析を通して、学術分類および個々の書物の帰類基準の動的な形成過程を明らかにしたものであり、中国の伝統学術の基礎にして今に至る漢籍文化の起源でもある『漢書』芸文志に対し新たな見方を提供した点において学術的意義のあるものである。
