Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study aims to reconsider the Ferrarese art during the 15-16th century analyzing, in especially, (1) art projects continued through the reigns of Este rulers, (2) elements inherited by several generations of painter, (3) reciprocal influence between fresco painting and miniature (manuscript painting), (4) relation between courtly art and ephemeral construction, tableau vivant in courtly festival.
