| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This research aims at building the mutual relationship of three norms, "distribution (justice theory)" - "education (human resource development theory)" - "treatment (rights theory)". It consists of social basic theory related to child rearing and education. I mainly focus this research on field of philosophy of law, such as justice theory, equality theory and rights theory, while also broadly conducting research results in other fields such as sociology, pedagogy and psychology. I also aim at constructing interdisciplinary theory.
