1) Japan: I survey to come up with the civil protection plans based on the civil protection law for all local autonomy. Collection rate is 52.1%. 2) South Korea: I conduct the field work. At each subway station, gas masks and some bottled water were equipped. People can investigate the evacuation plan.
3) U.K.: I collect the manual of the civil protection plan during the cold war, Basically, the civil protection plan seem to be similar to that of Japan.
