Outline of Final Research Achievements |
I have clarified the impact of standardization on innovation.Mainly studied the target cases of the "top standard system". Ultimately I analyzed three cases in detail. Furthermore, I cross-analyzed 20 other cases. As a result, I found the following. ① Standardization promotes innovation, but as a result it may create competitive companies. ② In some cases, rather than the result of standardization, standardization activities themselves promote innovation. ③ Standardization can eliminate impediments to innovation.
