In this study, I presented the accounting system for evaluating food industrial cluster project using regional biomass from perspective of sustainability, referring to some advanced food industrial cluster and biomass projects in Japan and overseas. Also, I utilized interview results conducted with some departments of central agricultural area involved in these projects.
