Outline of Final Research Achievements |
From the results of international comparative studies (mainly Finland) from the viewpoint of social inclusion, the following points were confirmed.Lähihoitaja Education, including immigrants, plays a major role in securing work in Finland.Assistant care work education has resulted in expansion of occupational opportunities for immigrant workers with lack of language skills. In order to secure foreign care human resources in Japan, it is necessary to consider educational effects, correspondence to young people with high probability of permanrnt resident, creation of supplementary occupation including those with difficulty in work.
