| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We reserch a comparative study on the Local Authority Social Services between Japan and Uk, Belguim,Switzerland . The research show us new knowlage and suggestions on the care managemennt systems on the Adult and Children and Scholl Social Work in Japanese Local authority Social Services.We make a research on the staff and manager qualification and responsibitity in these countries.We tranlate Community Profling text book in English into Japanese.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
日本の地方自治体の社会福祉サービスは、制度が相次いで創設され複雑化してきている。今日、制度の中身、特に効率、効果的な制度運営が求められている。英国の成人と児童におけるケアマネジメントの知見は、利用者中心の包括的で切れ目のない制度運営が行われており、地域包括ケアを目指すわが国の地方福祉行政の実際の運営に大きな示唆を与える成果である。一般サービスから緊急対応まで切れ目のない英国の児童虐待対応とスイスのスクールソーシャルワークは、虐待対応やいじめ等わが国自治体の児童福祉サービス運営に大いに役立つ知見を得た。コミュニティ・プロファイリングの出版によって、わが国の地域福祉に貢献した。
