Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study deals with social education adviser course as a social education staff training at university.I did an attitude survey for 650 who finished a Kanazawa University social education adviser course from 1984 to 2015. I have conducted awareness survey in February 2016, with 265 people responses, from the people who was working in social education, lifelong learning promotion at social educational facilities like social education adviser or in community lerning center. (Recovery rate 40.7%) From 2020, institutional reform of social education staff training including social education adviser training will be conducted. In the future, research on incumbent training such as way of training system, improvement of qualities as staff, follow-up for competence formation, etc. must be addressed.
