Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Significant advances are shown in imaging techniques for cell membrane surface and cellular cytoplasm, but few studies on local precise imaging techniques for juxtamembrane region have been reported. This study focused on realization for the simultaneous imaging of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and surface plason enhanced fluorescence (SPEF). Novel sensor chips were developed for SPR imaging under shorter wavelength light. Simultaneous imaging of SPR and SPEF could be realized by using these sensor chips and shorter wavelength light.
