Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study is to fabricate vascular capillary network in vitro for organ creation. We fabricated capillary network in collagen gel using gelatin microfibers as a template of the capillary network. Perfusion of culture medium into the capillary network enhanced proliferation of organ cells in collagen gel.
