Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Micro-wave dielectric absorption spectroscopy has been applied to dosimetry using DNAs. Enzyme-induced strand break of DNA could be estimated, and showing that yields of radiation-induced single- and double-strand breaks could be estimated. We succeeded in reduce the drift of measured value by simultaneous measurement of temperature and real-time calibration.
