Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study was designed to clarify the correlation between VCP and UBL4A in the STAT3 signaling pathway. In the first step, analysis using cell lines was not reproductive. Then, analysis using gene-modified mouse was planned. VCP-conditional KO mouse, VCP-transgenic mouse were successfully made. In addition, clinic-pathologic analysis on cancer development and metastasis was performed.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
