Outline of Final Research Achievements

The purpose of this research is to develop the matching system to support the career formation and to resolve the uneven distribution of doctors. This system makes it possible to support the doctor’s choice of their working hospital and to resolve the problems in regional medical services. We developed the supporting system to match the doctor’s desire to have experiences of cases or techniques with hospital data of the national insurance system. We are extending the research by using DPC data of four affiliated hospitals in Juntendo University.
