Outline of Final Research Achievements |
New psychoactive substances (NPS) have been found and identified in illicit drug products worldwide. Several NPS have been regulated as designated substances in Japan. Rapid, sensitive and reliable methods to analyze NPS in illicit drug products are needed. In this study, we developed two methods to distinguish positional isomers and a rapid analysis method for NPS in illicit drug products. These methods may be useful to analyze NPS in illicit drug products.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
