Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We aimed to investigate the role of phosphorylase in the development of heart failure. In vitro forward assay showed that WT-phosphorylase activity was significantly decreased compared with ThrXAla phosphorylase and ThrXAsp phosphorylase. This association was also observed in the reverse gel assay.
