Outline of Final Research Achievements |
To clarify the pathogenesis of ABC-type diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), we generated a mouse lymphoma model by crossing gene-engeneered mice carrying HOIP and mutant MyD88 transgenes. We have found how these genes cooperate with each other during lymphomagenesis.
