Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In the present study, we investigated about development of new radiographic diagnosis technique based on diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) at ultra-high field magnetic resonance (MR) imaging system. In animal experiments, intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) based on DWI can non-invasively assess abnormal cerebral hemodynamic states in severe ischemic rats. We will apply the analytical technique for human research using clinical 7 Tesla MR scanner.
