Outline of Final Research Achievements |
According to cancer cell line competition culture and comprehensive expression gene analysis, we found the work with some genes associated with Notch 1 signaling. Therefore, we focus on Notch1 expression on cancer tissue. We anticipated morphological evaluation of Nuclear Notch1 expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and categorized 3 expression patterns. One of these expression pattern significantly associated with clinicopathological factors and overall survival.MMoreover, we investigated that interplay between Notch1 and Notch3 promotes EMT and tumor initiation in squamous cell carcinoma. Meanwhile, we also detected some micro RNAs in line with cancer cell competition from next generation sequence analysis.
