Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Decreased levels of oxidative stress, xerostomia after radiation detected in D-amino acids oxidase (DAO) deficient mice compared with wild ones. DAO deficient mice have high score of cognitive function compared with wild ones. These results indicate DAO deficient mice are useful for analysis of postoperative delirium and oxidative stress.
