Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The delivery system of DNA vaccine-embedded hydrophobic pullulan nanoparticles (CPH nanoparticles) with tape stripping method using oral mucosa for cancer prevention, that associated papillomavirus infection, was studied. As a result, it was suggested that DNA vaccine-embedded CPH nanoparticles with tape stripping method was useful for cancer prevention. Therefore, it contributes to the papillomavirus-induced oral cancer prevention.
