Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Accurate detection of germline mutageneis is very important for riskmanagement of genotoxicity. In this study, we tried to develop a new method detecting in vivo germline mutagenesis directly by using next generation sequencing technique. As a results of our efforts, we could detect many mosaic state mutations in tissues. We think that this method is udeful as a new genotoxicity test.
