Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, from the viewpoint of marketing discussions we examined "how organizational design work is possible" theoretically. Organizational design work can be grasped in an organizational decision-making process trying to reach a reasonable consequence. As its decision making rules are concurrently structured by self organizing communication linkage, we explored how to manage our decision-making process with highlighting that fact.
