Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study shows that process of production and distribution of information from R&D to consumption of Japanese sake is important when we understand globalization of Japanese sake. This study clarifies all actors related to globalization of Japanese sake and theoretical framework of what kind of information each actor produces in each stage. Manufacturing companies produce not only Japanese sake itself but also a variety of Manufacturing information. Trading companies get the information and produce Mapping information in order to classify many kinds of Japanese sake. Restaurants or retail stores produce Matching information based on Mapping information in order to add extra value on Japanese sake. Those three kinds of information (3M information) are produces in each actor.
