Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Localization change and/or degradation of RNAs have been known to associated with various cellular events. In this study, a method to observe degradation of a fluorescently labeled RNA in each place in a cell by fluorescence correlation spectroscopy. We attempted to observe heat stress-induced tRNA degradation in mammal cells by this method.
