Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Although various azolium has been reported as loninc liquid, halogenated-azolium has been less explored in terms of both synthetic method and its application. We have synthesized a series of halogenated azolium, and found that iodoazolium functioned as soft Lewis acid to promote several unique reactions.
