Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Energy band narrowing have been demonstrated by cation-site (Fe-site) substitution by Si and anion-site (O-site) substitution by Sulfur (S). Moreover, induced photon energy conversion efficiency is increased by inserting self-polarized layers such as piezo electrics (ZnO etc.). And water clucking properties is improved by these polarized layers.
