Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research, an SiC-MOSFET inverter has been developed. The developed inverter illustrated superior performance from the viewpoint of control performance and energy efficiency. Moreover, we have proposed a discontinuous feedback controller for an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor. The proposed control method demonstrated good energy efficiency by experiments.
