Outline of Final Research Achievements |
DNA repair is an important mechanism in neuronal differentiation, in addition to transcription and chromatin regulation. Here, we examined DNA repair dynamics during neuronal differentiation using single-molecule imaging technique. We revealed the dynamics of DNA polymerase β, one of DNA repair enzymes, in the nucleus of cortical neurons.
