Outline of Final Research Achievements |
A comprehensive genome-wide screen of radiosensitization targets in cancer cells using an shRNA-library has been performed and some genes were identified as candidate target. Among them, we focused on the DNMT3b, poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase1 (PARP-1)、interleukin 27 receptor, alpha (IL27RA) and APOBEC3G. These genes were suggested as potential targets of radiosensitization.
