Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Toward the handheld device, downsizing the subcomponent system is the key. Here,we made an orthogonal self-contained device by integrating an enzyme, T7 RNA polymerase, and multiple target gene substrates onto a DNA origami-based nano-chip.Our nano-chip allowed us to rationally design the gene expression at single chip level, suggesting that the integrated approach may provide a basis for gene expression system of handheld devices.
