Outline of Final Research Achievements |
So far, abundant proteins or easily ionized proteins are dominantly detected by the proteome analysis. This makes sometimes difficult to detect rare proteins or proteins with difficulties in ionization. This could often be a big obstacle to analyze developmental processes by proteomic analysis because developmental processes are usually regulated by small amount of signaling molecules or proteins. I am engaged in rice developmental biology for a long time. Using this background, I conducted to set up condition to apply proteomic approach to rice developmental approach.
