| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Faculty in public health nursing in Chiba prefecture created the inter-university cooperation council and provided continuous support for Public Health Nurse's practice-based research. There have been annual conferences on public health services for over 45 years in Chiba. For Public Health Nurses, they had group reflection on experiences of practice-based research. For faculty, they provided research support and after that they did self-reflection and group reflection.
Finally, we discussed our research support model for public health nurses, which called "Chiba model". Through the research support, we would like to pursue Public Health Nurse's health care practice improvement, Public Health Nurse's learning and professional development. In addition, we would like to continue to work on faculty development.
