| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study project aimed to develop alternative and innovative program for training to improve educational and treatment skills of public health nurses for children with developmental disorder. As a result, we found that some suggestions including 3 points, which were as follows; 1. The needs for supporting and educational skills for establishing a relationship between parent and the nurses, 2. More investigation for improving and confirming the treatment skill of music therapy which may be best method as treatment for preschool children, 3. The need for development of method for evaluating efficacy of the treatment. In the future, these issues should be solved by interdisciplinaryresearchers.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
発達障害者はコミュニケーション上の問題を有することが多く、第三次産業中心の社会においては、その障害の特性により社会に適応することが困難となることが多く、最悪の場合引きこもり等の問題を生じることから、それら二次的な障害予防への関心が高まって久しい。早期発見・療育が重要であるとしながらも、日本における乳幼児健診がその契機となるためには、多くの課題があるが、本研究は保健師に向けた親支援のための研修の必要性、早期療育方法として音楽療法の有効性を示唆した。また、発達障害の程度を測定する尺度開発が重要であり、今後、これらの方法を介入として、介入効果を図るという研究課題を示したことが本研究の成果である。
