Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, I developed a work design method for service employees to analyze and represent situations, issues and required actions in service fields, and a tagging method for utilizing design results. In addition, I developed a tablet application for work design support, which includes a search function using attached tags. This application enables users to collect and utilize knowledge on their work at service fields.
