Outline of Final Research Achievements |
At the disaster scene, we cannot communicate with each other even if we have the mobile terminal like as a mobile phone because the infrastructure like as access points and base stations is broken. In this research, we aim to make a information sharing system which does not require the additional application to be installed for the user using their mobile phone. As a result, we can construct the system which can share the information between shelters using users' mobile phone without the internet connection.
