Outline of Annual Research Achievements

今年度は、母子間対話音声（Infant Directed Speech, IDS）に関する、昨年度までに実施した研究の成果をまとめ、１本の論文投稿と１本の国際会議投稿を行いました。IDSの母音の音響的特性の解析研究では、昨年度 Cognition 誌に投稿していた論文の査読結果（一部修正要求）をふまえて、共著者間で調整し、論文の修正を行ったうえで再投稿しました。昨年度、申請者が米国メリーランド大学に出張して共同研究を行った、IDSの母音の情報量の解析と教師なしクラスタリングモデルによるシミュレーションの成果は、今年度、発達心理学の重要な国際学会である BUCLD（BOSTON UNIVERSITY CONFERENCE ON LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT）に採録されました（申請者は第二著者）。２本の成果はどちらも、申請者が継続的に携わってきた、理化学研究所言語発達研究チームによるIDSデータベース（理研日本語母子会話コーパス、R-JMICC）の大規模データの利用によってはじめて数量的な解析が可能になった研究で、人間の乳幼児が言語を獲得する過程を解明するうえで重要な知見をもたらすものです。
