Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research, I examined the possibility of a fruitful relationship between care as a severe labor and care as a valuable activity. Care activity has a possibility that yields valuable caring relations. However the emphasis on the worthy dimension of care involves some danger which turns our eyes away from the structural problems about the cost of care. So we must ask those twofold questions at the same time, such as the institutional question on how we share the cost of various care works and the ethical question on what the value of care activity is.
