Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study focused on management approach for high professions who belong in big companies e.g. pharmacists, first-class architects and “Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Management Consultants”. At first, researcher conducted qualitative research for some pharmacists who belong in multiple community pharmacy and found their job satisfaction is influenced by “Opportunities to Demonstrate Expertise” (ODE). Researcher then checked whether this result has similar tendency or does not for first-class architects and SME management consultants. These results were almost same. On receiving these results, researcher conducted quantitative research to about 600 pharmacists. The data has been analyzed by conducting multivariate analysis.
