Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Because of the rapid progress of multiculturalization in Asia, this study tried to find out how these countries in Asia are seeking and struggling to foster the citizen who live together with diversity proactively. Through this study, the one possibility has been found. Korea might be facing the contradiction between fostering the patriotism and the multicultural education. Therefore, this study found out that we should research Korean multicultural education more deeply. Because, for Japan where the relationship with Korea is an extremely important issue, how Korean people understand and learn about living with diversity should be very important issue, too. This task would be next research question.
