Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Transcriptome analysis was performed to identify genes expressing periodically and synchronously in the cell population during development. Cell lines to visualize transcriptional dynamics were generated for 22 candidate genes showing the oscillatory pattern. Live-cell analysis revealed one of the genes displayed oscillatory pattern during early development.
