Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Callus formation and successive de novo organogenesis are seen in nature and in in vitro; however, the molecular mechanisms underlying this control remain poorly understood. In this study, we investigated how wound induced-transcription factors promote callus formation and shoot regeneration at wound site of Arabidopsis.
