Outline of Final Research Achievements

Four new bis-monoterpene indole alkaloids (compouds A-D) including two novel skeletons were isolated from Leuconotis griffithii. Compounds A, B, and D showed growth inhibitory activities against A549 cells by autophagy pathway.
