Outline of Final Research Achievements

To lead to the development of novel antimalarial drugs, we aimed to clarify the three-dimensional structure of the non-mevalonate pathway group derived from Plasmodium falciparum, establishing the expression of the target protein, examining the purification conditions, and conducting a crystallization experiment.
Although it could not clarify the structure, we succeeded in large-scale purification for several target proteins and screened for crystallization conditions.
