Outline of Final Research Achievements |
I reported the association between health policy and health inequality in Japan, analyzing national representative population-based study data. Health policy had influenced the degree of health inequality according to socio-demographic and region, regardless of overall impact on population health. Results of our studies were reported in several newspapers and other media. Our studies may contribute to reducing health inequality in Japan.
