Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study aims to develop a method to analyse a problem during healthcare procedure to devise corrective action. We already developed a technique for a medication process which enables to consider process approach, therefore we tried to modify this method to utilize other healthcare procedures such as clinical laboratory testing. We analyze actual error cases with a cooperation of medical institutions and developed useful analysis method for staffs in healthcare services.
