Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we have clarified that hepatic inflammation induced by hyper responsivity to endotoxin in fatty liver causes lipid excretion and metabolic disturbance by elevating microRNA - 27b (mir-27b), resulting in lipid metabolism disorder and accumulation of free fatty acid (FFA) which causes the development of NASH.
