Outline of Final Research Achievements

We evaluated the effect of valproic acid on developing murine embryonic heart function using high-resolution echocardiography in utero. By making an embryo model by VPA administration to the pregnant murine, we assessed the fetal bradycardia and reduction of carotid artery flow volume.
