Outline of Final Research Achievements |
I analyzed whether the CSF-1 receptor inhibitor reduce the acute rejection after intestinal transplantation. As result, CSF-1 receptor inhibitor reduced the finding of the acute rejection after intestinal transplantation by rat. Furthermore, I performed the research of the solution of the intestinal preservation. After 24 hours, the intestine preserved by the solution of intracellular / extracellular composition were pathologically better than that by saline.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
